LeadDog and Global Map release Iraq GPS maps

LeadDog Consulting, LLC and Global Map announce the release of GPS maps for Iraq. Coverage includes Baghdad, Basra, Ad-Diwaniyah, Al-Amarah, Al-Kut, An-Najaf, As-Sulaymaniyah, Hilla, Irbil, Fallujah, Ramadi, Kerbela, Kirkuk, Mosul, and Tikrit and Major Roads nationwide.

LeadDog and Global Map offer the only truly accurate Iraq GPS maps in the world. The maps are focused on detailed city street mapping in the major cities and major road mapping in the rural areas. Our maps are in utilized by thousands in the military, commercial, government, and non-profit sectors. Uses include military navigation, reconstruction projects, government GPS planning, and personal navigation.

The Iraq GPS maps are divided into 4 major regions. Map features include: POI search by name or proximity, “lock on road” and automatic street and intersection finding capabilities. In addition, the product provides numerous vector layers and attributes such as:
