Country music artist Buddy Jewell puts on a bomber jacket with help from Col. Andrew Weaver, 88th Air Base Wing commander. Mr. Jewell performed a free concert for the base population on Aug. 19. The concert was made possible through the Spirit of America Tour, a non-profit organization that brings headline entertainment to stateside military bases.
