Newly-promoted sergeants of the Special Troops Battalion, 1st Sustainment Brigade, recite the Charge of the U.S. Army Noncommissioned Officer as it is administered to them during an NCO Induction Ceremony on June 28. During the NCO Induction Ceremony on June 28, the new NCOs had to step over a line symbolizing their cross-over from a junior enlisted Soldier into the ranks of a noncommissioned officer. Twenty-four new NCOs from STB, 1st Sust. Bde., were inducted into the NCO Corps during a ceremony June 28. During the ceremony, the inductees had to recite the Charge of the U.S. Army Noncommissioned Officer, step over a line symbolizing their cross-over into the ranks of an NCO, and sign the NCO Charge before receiving their NCO induction certificates.
