Dear Representative:

Can you please notify the proper organization or agency that governs the Internet safety regarding removing or shuting down websites that claim to feature photographs of Andre the Giant. Something violent has happened in Roseville, Rocklin, Grass Valley, and Nevada City, California directly related to this photograph. Do not click into the websites to view the photo. These photos are large human beings that look similar in size to Andre however one is much larger. Their behavior is extremely violent. I can hear them sometimes talking about the "Regime" or the "World Order Regime". It appears to be more than one group of terriorists moving about quickly in the areas indicated above. This started on September 14 at the Maidu Library in Roseville. There is an international feeling in the environment, however, it clearly seems as though a satellite viewing capability is closely watching or something similar to a satellite. It felt like the U.S. was going to be bombed in Auburn, CA off Hwy 49. I may be mistaken about the feeling of something so specific. Can you detect the viewing of a foreign satellite because I am concerned about this.
