DIWANIYAH, Iraq -

| Soldiers of the 8th Iraqi Army Division, with U.S. Special Forces, search for a weapons cache in Diwaniyah, Iraq, Dec. 1. The search, which yielded a find of ammunition and explosive materials, supported the 8 IAD's Operation Lion Pounce, an on-going operation to disrupt extremist groups operating in Diwaniyah and the surrounding regions.
