Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Admiral Mike Mullen meets with 4th Brigade, 1st Armored Division Soldiers during his visit to Contingency Operating Base Adder, Iraq, Dec. 18. Soldiers briefed Mullen on their partnership role with Iraqi Security Forces and Provincial Reconstruction Teams to support the "advisory and assistance" brigade mission.
