| Col. John Hort (center), a Fayetteville, N.C., native, who serves as the commander of the 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, Multi-National Division - Baghdad, took part in a Super Neighborhood Advisory Council meeting for the Adhamiya District at a community center Jan. 28. The meetings, in which community leaders come together with Coalition Forces and talk about essential services in the area, are conducted every two weeks. Leaders at the meeting discussed everything from area power distribution and water resources to building a neighborhood children's park.
