3 militants detained in Ghazni

KABUL, Afghanistan - Three militants were detained Tuesday following a Coalition forces operation to disrupt an improvised explosive device ring in Ghazni province.
Coalition forces conducted the operation in Andar District, targeting a militant associated with the Taliban terrorist network who is believed to have coordinated IED attacks in the region. The targeted individual is also suspected of working with anti-Coalition militant leaders who facilitate the movement of foreign fighters into Afghanistan.
