BAGHDAD, Iraq -

 
Maj. Gen. Jeffery Hammond, a native of Hattiesburg, Miss., the commanding general of Multi-National Division - Baghdad and the 4th Infantry Division, leads the way around a large puddle in the middle of a small neighborhood street east of Joint Security Station Al Khansa Aug. 22. Accompanying Hammond on the tour of the area were Lt. Col. D. Scott McKean, the commander of 1st Battalion, 66th Armor Regiment, 1st Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, along with Sgt. 1st Class Jeffrey Rogers, Hammond's personal security officer.
