BAGHDAD, Iraq -

Jeffery Hammond, a native of Hattiesburg, Miss., the commanding general of Multi-National Division - Baghdad and the 4th Infantry Division, leads the way around a large puddle in the middle of a small neighborhood street east of Joint Security Station Al Khansa Aug. 22. Accompanying Hammond on the tour of the area were Lt. Col. D.
